We pray for all those who are feeling the weight of the uncertainty of the present time. We pray especially for our refugee friends who already have to carry the uncertainty of their status here in the UK.

We pray for the work of JRS both here in the UK and around the world. We ask to be strengthened in our mission to accompany, serve and advocate in these difficult times.

We pray for all refugees as we begin this Refugee Week. We ask that all refugees are celebrated and valued as children of God, and for the benefit they bring to our society.

On this Feast of Our Lady’s Birthday, we pray for all mothers who, like Mary, are forced to flee with their children. We pray that they may be provided welcome and safety.

We pray for the staff and volunteers of JRS across the world. We ask they may continue to find creative ways to continue accompanying refugees during this difficult time.

We pray for those who have arrived in the UK to seek asylum. We ask that all may be treated with hospitality and care.
