Our terms, conditions, and refund policy for the Refugee Gifts shop.
Thank you for your support of JRS UK through ordering a Refugee Gift and/or using the Refugee Gifts shop to purchase physical items. The JRS UK team do our best to make sure you’re happy with all your purchases and your giving experience.
We recognise all your statutory rights.
For physical gift cards and physical items, we aim to have dispatched your gift within 5 working days. If there’s a sepcific reason/event you’d like your item(s) for – like a birthday or feast day – do get in touch and we’ll do all that we can to accommodate your delivery date.
Our postage costs are fixed fee for 1st and 2nd class postage by Royal Mail.
For PDF & virtual gifts – you should receive an e-mail with the link to download you gift on payment. If there’s a problem, please do e-mail us, quoting yout Order ID if you can, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
If your donation has been been made in error or you change your mind about supporting JRS UK through Refugee Gifts, we will honour your request for a full refund within 28 days of the date you made your donation.
To request a refund please e-mail jrsuk.refugeegifts@jrs.net quoting your order ID, and if possible please include a telphone number, and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange your refund.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, so if you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card. This usually takes 3 working days.
For unused, re-saleable items or for faulty goods, JRS UK will offer a full refund for items within 28 days of purchase. Beyond this period, refunds or credits will be at our discretion.
To request a refund please e-mail jrsuk.refugeegifts@jrs.net quoting your order ID, what you’re unhappy with, and, if possible, please include a telphone number, and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange your refund or an exchange.
