Alongside 100+ organisations, JRS UK is excited to join Together With Refugees, in Filling the Skies With Hope. The campaign carries a simple message, of showing welcome to refugees and asylum seekers in the UK, and demonstrating to the government we are against hostile treatment of refugees, including banishing refugees to Rwanda.
What is the campaign calling for?
Together With Refugees are calling on the new Prime Minister to change course on the government policy to banish refugees to Rwanda. There will be a day of action on the 23rd of September, but this campaign will run until the 9th of November.
JRS has created a hanging mobile for refugee friends, volunteers and staff to get involved and share their support and messages.

How to get involved?
There are various ways to get involved:
- Share a picture of your heart-shaped plane on social media and tag your MP.
- Send your message to uk@jrs.net and we’ll add it to the JRS’s installation.
- Join in activities local to you to fill the Skies With Hope – Together With Refugees have a great ‘map’ of events to join.
