Learnings from our Supporter Survey

14 November 2025

What you taught us

Earlier this year, we asked you – our incredible supporters – to share your thoughts with us. Hundreds of you took the time to respond, and we’re so grateful. Your feedback is helping us shape how we communicate and connect with you and others who stand in solidarity with refugees.

Here’s what we learned:

  1. You’re broadly happy with how we communicate.
Most of you told us you receive about the right amount of updates and feel positive about the tone and content of our messages.
  2. You care deeply about refugee rights and dignity.
Many of you are motivated by faith, justice, and personal experiences – and you want to hear more about how your support makes a difference.
  3. You value stories and context.
You told us you’d like more updates on the impact of your donations, more personal stories from our refugee friends, and more information about the asylum system.

These insights affirm the heart of our mission: to accompany, serve, and advocate for people who have been forcibly displaced. At JRS UK, we believe in walking alongside our refugee friends – not just offering services, but building relationships rooted in dignity, compassion, and hope.

We’re already using your feedback to guide our next steps: sharing more stories, offering deeper context, and inviting you to take meaningful action.

Thank you for standing with refugees. Your support makes a real difference.
